01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing any subscription from TREX IPTV ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

02 Service Provision & Credentials

Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive activation credentials (M3U playlist URL, Xtream Codes API credentials, or portal configuration). You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

• Simultaneous Streams: Each subscription line is restricted to the specific number of concurrent active connections purchased (1 Device, 2 Devices, or 3 Devices Family pass).
• Account Sharing: Sharing your login parameters outside your authorized device limit may result in temporary automated line suspension by our anti-freeze load balancing firewall.

03 Network & Internet Requirements

A stable high-speed broadband or optical fiber connection is required for optimal performance. We recommend a minimum of 12 Mbps for Full HD streams and 25+ Mbps for real 4K / 8K Ultra HD live broadcasts.

04 Channel Lineup & Content Updates

Our global broadcast lineup and on-demand VOD library are updated and maintained continuously. We reserve the right to modify, add, or optimize server clusters and channel configurations to maintain high performance without prior notification.

05 Billing & Guarantee

All subscription plans are prepaid for the specified duration. We provide a 24-Hour free test trial upon request to verify compatibility. Subscriptions are backed by our transparent refund guidelines as outlined in our dedicated Refund Policy.
